I have been practising yoga for 16 years, and I did the cliche thing of disappearing to Goa, India to get my 200 hour teaching certificate in vinyasa and ashtanga in 2017.
I started practicing yoga to balance building strength and flexibility. I'd danced all through my childhood and I love the feeling of moving freely and intuitively
My teaching style encourages you to explore the way your body moves, to connect with your breath and spend some time just for you. I want you to see how amazing your body is, build strength, power, and flexibility. Everyone welcome.
I teach in yoga studios, gyms, in workplaces across Leeds.
I also teach private yoga.
I am also a vegan supper club host. I've been running pop ups in Leeds since 2016, gathering people together over 4 courses of vegan deliciousness and plenty of drinks.
